GEMS is an acrostic, to summarise our mission.
- G is for God
- E is for Earth
- M is for Mankind
- S is for School
God is our Creator and Governor and made everything on this Earth and in the Universe. God gave to Mankind (humankind) the privilege and responsibility of populating and caring for this planet, its plants, its animals and its people.
Mankind, in this role, of managing, caring and ruling, is the Image of God.
School and home are the places where young people learn how to fulfil their God given role.
This website is a legacy of resources developed to support explicit teaching inside
a GEMS framework. It provides physical and downloadable resources to help parents and teachers carry out their educational role. Currently we provide some Maths resources.
